Trust is built through what the system actually does.
Trust is not a slogan. It comes from documented operator verification, ticket binding at the moment of issue, QR verification at boarding, and structured data handling.
Every company on Bokkuu is reviewed before they go live.
Transport companies operating on Bokkuu submit a documented application that includes registration, vehicle and personnel information, and contact for responsible parties. Bokkuu reviews against a documented set of operating, safety, and documentation standards. The outcome is communicated in writing before any operational access is granted.
Subscription status is enforced server-side. A suspended or inactive company loses operational access until reinstated, with the suspension visible to the public where relevant.
QR-bound tickets are verified at boarding.
- Every confirmed booking is bound to a verifiable QR code at the moment of issue.
- Conductor scans the QR at boarding. The system marks the ticket as used.
- Duplicate scans are detected and rejected. A lost ticket cannot be silently reused.
- Boarding events are logged per passenger, per seat, per trip.
Your information is handled with documented controls.
- Personal data is collected only for stated purposes: registration, booking, payment, and boarding.
- Sensitive fields are marked and access is restricted by role.
- Data is not sold or shared for advertising. Operator access is limited to what their role requires.
- Cross-company data isolation is enforced: a Company A user cannot view Company B data.
- Full data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
If something does not look right.
If you observe an operator or trip that does not match what was shown to you, please report it through the Bokkuu Passenger app's Help & Support channel. Reports are logged and reviewed against the documented incident-response procedure.
